Kim has been absolutely wonderful to work with! From the beginning, she’s always been on time with meetings, and very organized and informative as she clearly has the experience to know what it takes to make a dream wedding a reality. Kim’s experience especially spoke volumes this year during the pandemic when the world looked like it was falling apart. Navigating through an unprecedented situation like COVID-19 is no easy task, but Kim took the situation in stride, and kept us apprised of the situation on the ground to help us make a decision on whether having a wedding like we planned was at all possible in 2020. At the beginning of the pandemic when everything was uncertain, Kim made sure to reach out to all the vendors to figure out their policies so that we could make better decisions on what to do next. By the time it became clear that COVID-19 was not going away any time soon, we were already well-prepared and informed to make a decision on our wedding thanks to Kim. When we made the decision to push back our wedding, Kim was ready to make all the calls to make sure we could keep all our vendors for our new wedding date.
Kim has been excellent to work with through the pandemic by keeping us informed on updates to Hawaii’s COVID-19 guidelines for gatherings and events. Kim has even worked on putting together alternative timelines for our wedding if the state guidelines prevent gatherings altogether. Kim’s tireless efforts and professionalism have kept us grounded and lessened our worries about planning a stressful event in a very stressful time.
