She immediately sent someone from her team to replace the missing items before any of our guests even noticed.
Because of Kim, we were truly able to be present and enjoy every moment of our wedding day. Watching her coordinate the setup crew, vendors, bridal party, and timeline with such confidence gave us complete peace of mind. She even made sure we ate, fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle, and cued every important moment perfectly.
