We loved Kim!
I absolutely loved having Kim as our wedding planner! We started planning our wedding with her a year before our wedding date. During the week before the big day, we found out that the Kona Low storm was set to hit Maui on our originally planned day, 3/14/26. You can only imagine how emotional and anxious we felt about how the weekend would even turn out! We were having to keep constant communication with all our guests (we had originally 200 confirmed to attend), check on our family who’s accommodations were evacuated due to the flooding, and still having to pick up my dress & our bridal parties outfits from Elly’s bridal shop. Despite all of the craziness and stress, Kim handled it all so perfectly! She really was there for me and my Husband to reassure us that this day would be beautiful no matter what and that she would do everything she could to make it happen. She suggested moving our wedding to Sunday, 3/15/26 due to the possible chance of lightning and heavy rain on Saturday night and it was the best decision ever. She contacted all the vendors prior to making that suggestion and they all were so amazing and willing to move everything back a day. Kim has such an amazing team and line up of vendors who are so trustworthy and a dream to work with. She was even able to suggest a new hair & makeup team for me and my girls since my original planned vendor wasn’t available for Sunday. The day was absolutely perfect! Kim handled all the Florals and the set up was absolutely stunning, even when it was different from what was originally planned. It was the best night of my life and I was able to let it all go and have fun with my husband, family & friends without stressing about anything all thank to Kim and her wonderful team. Words are not enough to express my gratitude for her. Even when I had a little too much fun, Kim’s team was there to hold my hair and even hold me up, lol! Having Kim as you planner is the best decision you can make, especially if you are a local. We wouldn’t have been able to do any of this without her, and by the end of it all it felt like she was a best friend and family member to us. Thank you Kim for everything!
