Kim is extremely knowledgeable, organized, welcoming and helpful. Like most, our wedding dreams were shattered when Covid hit and so started our first pivot. Kim was calm, positive and helpful with organizing everything, getting refunds, and assisting us in what was a devastating time. We stayed in contact and she kept us up to date on the status of Covid in Maui, as we were living in northern British Columbia. Eventually, we decided to try again. Kim is so organized and efficient in her monthly meetings, she listened and understood our vision and provided amazing suggestions for vendors that really represented Maui’s finest. Kim built our confidence with her so much that a few times when we did not really know what we wanted, or how we wanted it, we told her to decide as we trusted her decisions. As our big day approached, Omnicron reared its ugly head and we were again faced with difficult decisions. Kim stuck with us, contacted all our vendors on our behalf, and worked so hard to ensure we had as much time as possible to make the decision on going ahead or not. She took so much stress off our plate that we were able to work through everything and make a clear, informed decision. In the end, we decided to go ahead despite the added stress and it was the best decision we made! Kim worked tirelessly to get all the final details completed in such a short time as we had delayed for so long due to world events. Our day was absolutely magical, better then we could have ever imagined! Kim and her team made us feel so incredibly special and gave us the perfect wedding.
